ITE DATACOM Designed Wired and set up a computer network, telephone system, and an employee time clock for Rheumatology Center of Pembroke Pines. We also helped them migrate their EMR eClinical Works to the cloud.

The list of devices needed to set up their network included:

  • Modem
  • Router
  • Firewall
  • POE Switch
  • LAN Cable / Patch Cable
  • Access Points
  • Wall Mount Patch Panel
  • Employee Time Clock
  • VOIP Telephones

We used Comcast as the Internet Server Provider. The modem was connected to a NETGEAR Business Class Router. A Firewall was connected to a 48 port POE Switch and used to filter traffic transmitted through the cable. We then connected all devices on the network to the switch.
