Doctor Lugo has two office locations, one in Pembroke Pines, Florida and one in Hialeah, Florida. His goal was to set up a computer network, telephone system, security cameras and a time clock in each location. He wanted the time clocks to sync with each other so he could access the database from a single location, and he also wanted the ability to view his security cameras from various devices including his cellphone.
We began by wiring both offices using cat 6 cable for the computer network, the telephone and security camera systems. Then we added the necessary equipment needed to complete the task including a simple 4 shelf wall mount rack, a 48 Port POE Network Switch which would be able to connect the computers and the VOIP Telephone System. For the camera system we used 8 mega pixel IP Cameras and an NVR. We then connected a Total Pass P400 Employee Time Clock in each location and set them to talk to each other.
